An attorney since 2011, Adam has focused on homeowners’ association (HOA) and construction defect matters since 2014. His litigation experience spans the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Northern California—including Shasta and Humboldt Counties—as well as his home base in Southern California and the Central Coast.

Over the years, Adam’s practice has given him deep insight into managing insurance policies to minimize risk and maximize recovery. He has represented dozens of insurance companies and knows how to craft and present effective claims—quickly and fairly.  Adam's real estate litigation and real estate transaction experience makes him an asset in any real estate litigation non-disclosure or fraud matter. He has litigated multiple custom home defect and real estate matters valued over $10 million.
